LA CHINATOWN CLT STRATEGIC PLAN

LA Chinatown CLT is currently developing a 2025-2028 Strategic Plan to guide our organizational priorities and direction of the next few years. A CLT is a commitment to long-term community control over land and housing. With your input, you can help us co-create a plan that helps us:

• Set priorities based on community needs

• Use our resources wisely so we can grow and sustain our impact

• Stay accountable to the people we serve

To inform this process, we will be holding a series of stakeholder events between February 2025 and September 2025 to connect with our community to develop a shared vision for the future of housing in Chinatown. Visioning retreat with LA Chinatown CLT members

Over the next few months, we'll be conducting a series of town halls and focus group meetings to further refine our ideas and incorporate community feedback into the strategic plan. Each event will build off each other, leading to a shared strategic plan that reflects our community’s priorities. We hope you'll join us and we look forward to seeing you there!

Join us for a community walking tour that sheds light on recent displacement challenges affecting Chinatown residents and small business owners. It's an opportunity to ground the conversation in the real-life struggles in our neighborhood and to deepen our shared understanding of what's at stake.
